Additionally, PFS France user account passwords
are transmitted and stored using a one way

encryption algorithm. We cannot recover the password, only send you
your password reminder phrase!

TERMS OF USE
These terms & conditions govern
the contract between you ("the Customer") and PFS France a
trading division of eantics Ltd ("the Company"). Use of
and registration at, the PFS France web site signifies your
acceptance of these terms & conditions.
1. Privacy & Security. All sensitive
information that might enable access to the Customer's account
is encrypted via a 1 way encryption algorithm and our database
is backed
up daily, but the Customer agrees that, under no circumstances,
will the Company be liable if security is compromised, or
if data is lost,
stolen or tampered with.
2. Availability. We aim to deliver over 99% availability
of the PFS France site. The web site is hosted on
hi-specification servers utilising high speed internet
connections via
MCI, NTL and Colt. However,
the Company makes no guarantees regarding web site
availability and the Customer agrees that under no circumstances
can the Company be held liable if the web
site is unavailable.
3. Content Disclaimer. The Company accepts no
responsiblity for the content of property listings.
With reference to the Misrepresentation Act of 1967, the
Company give notice that the property
particulars and related information on this site, whilst
believed to be accurate, are for guidance only. Intending
purchasers should not rely on them as statements
or representations
of fact, but must satisfy themselves by physical inspection
of the property in question or otherwise as to their accuracy.
Consequently,
no information displayed on this site constitutes or forms
part of a contract. No person in the employ of the Company has
the authority
to make or give any representation or warranty in relation
to the properties listed on this website. The Company
display information about properties on behalf of third
parties for whom they are not agents nor representatives,
and are therefore

responsible for the validity of the details relating to

4. General. The Company’s total liability
to the Customer in contract, tort (including negligence
or breach of statutory
duty), misrepresentation,
restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the
performance or contemplated performance of the contract shall
be limited to the
price paid by the Customer for the services.
The Company shall not be liable to the Customer for any pure
economic loss, loss of profit, loss of business, depletion
of goodwill or otherwise, in each case whether direct, indirect
or consequential,
or any claims for consequential compensation whatsoever (howsoever
caused) which arise out of or in connection with the contract.
The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting
from its failure or delay in performing its obligations under
the contract
to the extent that such failure or delay arises from circumstances
beyond its control.
The parties do not intend that any of
these terms & conditions
will be enforceable by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of
Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person that is not a party
to it.
